About Hey Little Human
Hey Little Human is a children’s counselling and play therapy practice based in Chilliwack, BC, dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families through life’s challenges. The practice offers a warm, child-centred approach that helps young people express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping skills through developmentally appropriate therapeutic methods, including play-based interventions and CBT.
Support is provided for a range of concerns including anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, self-esteem, grief, and family transitions. Care is also offered to parents and caregivers through consultation and collaborative support, with the goal of strengthening relationships and fostering resilience at home, school, and in daily life.
Hey Little Human is grounded in the belief that every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and emotionally safe as they grow.
